Refund policy

You have the right to cancel your contract for the Services within 48 hours from the date of placing your order (Cancellation Period), by using the contact form or writing to our customer care team whose postal address is Northside House, Mount Pleasant, Barnet,EN4 9EE, United Kingdom.

If you cancel your contract for the Services during the Cancellation Period, we shall reimburse you but you must pay for the value of the service that has been provided up to the point you cancel.

If you fail to miss any sessions without making a member of staff aware within a 24 hour period, we may reserve the right to revoke your treatment without any refund being returned.

All reimbursements shall be made to you within 14 days and using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transactions, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.
